The Malaysia Airlines' Australasian Piping Final was held today at the Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron in Brisbane. Nine competitors from Australia and New Zealand competed for the opportunity to travel to Lorient for the prestigious Macallan Trophy competition. The overall top three finalists from today's competition will represent Australasia when they travel to France this August. The results are as follows:
